Fiere looked out the window of the cab she was in looking the forest, being on the move again. She had just found somewhere to find some dark brown contacts as she had been running low and now was making her way up north. How far north she was not sure. She was hoping to find somewhere where she could settle down for a period of time instead of moving here and there like she had been doing the last twenty-two years or so and trying to avoided places like New York, Los Angels and New Orleans where getting hard each day. She been mainly staying in small forests in abandon cabins trying to keep to herself out of trouble. Animals helped but there where only a few that went around, and it only took a few to say something was wrong.
As she got out of the cab outside the town sign, she looked around, thanking the man who asked if this was were she was going to stop here and not into town. She nodded and went her way with her bag over her shoulder. Watching the cab pull away she read the sign. Welcome to Forks. She began making her way into the small town in Washington watching the sky over head seeing it was eventually to rain. She kept walking as it seemed to relax her a bit, but not until she could see people. Her mouth began to water. No. She had to find a forest soon, and ducking out so no one could see, she headed off in the direction of the forest.
Making her way there she stopped catching the scent of either a deer or buck. Placing her bag down, she silently through the parts nearing a stream, where she spotted the family. Hating it, she attacked the biggest. It did not stand a chance and she drank.
Feeling the control now, she went back to her bag, and slipped it over her shoulder with a sigh until she heard movement in the trees behind her. She froze a second, then quickly turned around to see who had come around.
