Physical Description: Nukilik seems very large, both in hieght and bulk, for his nineteen years of age. He stands at around 6'5" with a very rugged and bulky frame. His skin is a soft, tan color and is very warm to the touch due to his being a shifter. He has short, cropped dark brown hair and carmel brown eyes.
Personality Description: Nukilik can have a tendency to seem cold and a less than amiable upon meeting him the first time. People are usually lucky he has Ahnah with him at most times, because she is usually able convince him to trust people. He's not mean or aggressive, he just has a lot of internal anger due to being exiled from their village. It hurt him a lot inside to be blamed for something that wasn't his fault and to be exiled for what he was, and he probably would be a lot colder than he seems now if Ahnah had not followed him into exile. He seems to dislike being a shifter, though he does actually have some part of it that he likes.
Around his sister, and once people have gained his trust, they will realize that he's really a lot like any other teenage boy. One of the biggest things he searches for is a place he belongs in this world, a place where he fits in. He's a little lost and scared, and his anger is usually just a mask for his uncertainty. His biggest driving force is doing the right thing, whatever that may be. His sister constantly reminds him that he is the way his for a reason, and he just needs to find it.
History: Nukilik Ataciara was born nineteen years ago as the youngest of two children. His family lived in an Inuit village near where the Denali Coven of vampires resides. His older sister, Ahnah, was five years older than him. Nothing real special was noticed about the boy until he reached the age of fifteen. It was then that he seemed to start growing far larger than any other boy his age. When he reached sixteeen was when he first turned into a polar bear. Ahnah, twenty-one at the time, first showed at this time her strong dedication to her brother. She stayed by him the whole time as he got his form under control.
Sometime shortly before Nukilik was to turn seventeen, a group of nomadic vampires attacked their village. He tried to fight them off, but alone he wasn't strong enough. As it had been years since anyone had been a shifter in their village, it was all too easy for the members of the village to associate the attack with Nukilik's transformation, blaming it on him and exiling him.
He left his home, but not alone. Ahnah went into exile with him of her own free will. They have been traveling alone for just over two years now, and have stumbled upon the town of Forks.

The singing stopped, and she spoke to him. His eyes flickered to her, but she stood up and left for a moment. She left him alone for a few minutes, long enough to examine himself. His hands looked so pale, as was the rest of the skin he could see. He wished he had a mirror, could see his face. The only other thing he could figure out about what was different, aside from just feeling like his body was a paragon of perfection, was that there were sharp teeth in his mouth, at least sharper than any of his teeth had been.
When she returned it was with a man, seemingly homeless, who was in a trance. Was her singing doing that? Isaac wasn't sure, all he knew was that the guy sat on the edge of the bed near Isaac and the woman told him that this was his dinner. Isaac's first internal action was revulsion, but then he smelled it. Blood. That was what he wanted. He kept trying to tell himself it wasn't, but the problem was he just couldn't convince himself of that.
He reached his arms out and pulled the man toward him. The sharp teeth Isaac now had were used to bite into his neck. He tore some, the blood now flowing fast from the severed vein. Even as he was revolted by it, he drank the blood. The thing that probably scared him the most was that it tasted good to him now, it was satisfying. This was his food. What am I?
Some moments later the dead man was released and tumbled off the bed. Isaac, some blood still in the corner of his lip, turned to face the woman. She was the redhead who had been on the bridge, but he noticed more about her now. She was pale, her skin almost inhumanly so. Along with this, her eyes were bring crimson.
"Wh... who are you?" it took him a moment to find his voice as he spoke to her. "For that matter, what are you. And what am I?" Even as he said it some thing were starting to connect in his mind. Pale skin.... drinks blood.... I never used to believe in vampires, but what if I've become one?
